Dear Folks -
From time to time I get asked, “What is Ordinary Life about?” Or, “What do you teach about?” I want to find an answer to that question that causes people to respond not by shutting down or turning me off but, rather, by saying, “That sounds interesting. Tell me more.” Or, “That just what I’m looking for.”
In essence that is what this week’s talk in Ordinary Life is about. I think the audio version is better than the text available here. So, if you have time to listen to the audio, please do.
I continue attempting to contribute to growth in religious literacy and spiritual intelligence by basing these talks on my understanding of sayings found in the Gospel of Thomas.
I want to thank each and every one of you, near and far, those who attend Ordinary Life physically or those who “attend” electronically for your time and attention. The intensity of your presence and the quality of your questions pulls me forward. Without you there would be no Ordinary Life. Thank you. I hope that you and yours have a blessed Thanksgiving.
