Today’s Talk: Guest Speaker, Michael Taylor
Dear Ones -
Two announcements:
First, the Houston Marathon is this Sunday and the route may affect your way in getting to Ordinary Life.
Here is a link to a map of the route(s) - click here.
Second, a most worthy organization and one apt for this present moment is Compassionate Houston.
I encourage you to check it out. Their Spring program is soon and if you are looking for a way to put justice
and peace into action, this is a great place to do it. To learn more, click here.
This week I have ask Michael Taylor to return to speak to Ordinary Life. Michael has dedicated his life to being
a catalyst for positive change in the world. By age thirty he had experienced divorce, bankruptcy, foreclosure,
depression and homelessness. He is now the author of sixteen books, podcaster, keynote speaker and filmmaker.
The subtitle of his most recent book, Knock Knock, is “how I found God without religion, fear, or a church pew.”
It will be my honor to introduce him this week.
I hope you are able to be present, either in person or online, for this teaching. To join online click here.
Ordinary Life starts at 9:30, lecture at 9:45. Whether in person or online, I look forward to being with you in Ordinary
Life this week as we continue “walking the wayless way.”

Today’s Talk
Somewhere Between Gravity and Grace
I will be dealing with the most radical teaching Jesus ever gave. I going to let you guess what that might be. I will begin the class with a bit of magic to illustrate my point - so, if you are late, you’ll miss that. :)
The word “radical” doesn’t mean “crazy.” It means “to be firmly planted in the ground and thereby fundamental to existence.” We will be exploring and expanding on what Fr. Richard Rohr means when he says, “Jesus was the first non-dual teacher in the West.”
I hope you are able to be present, either in person or online, for this teaching. To join online click here.
