Going Deeper In and Further Out

Dear Ones -

As enlightened as many people claim to be, many still inhabit religious structures, beliefs, and practices that do not reflect an up-to-date cosmological understanding.

We are beginning an “in-depth” look at both prayer and the “Lord’s Prayer” in Ordinary Life. What people think about prayer and how they pray reveals their understanding of the cosmos.

Prayer is about entering more fully into life; it is about living with heightened consciousness; it is about becoming more and more open to love, justice and personal responsibility; it about allowing oneself to be transformed so that one can act differently in the world.

That’s a brief summary of the content of this week’s teaching which was done by Dr. Holly Hudley and myself. Viewing the presentations is helpful.
