Dear Folks -
Since the change in guidelines from the CDC, we are now awaiting new protocols from St. Paul’s about a “regathering plan.” I am fairly confident that it will be significantly different from the original proposal. Since Ordinary Life is following the same protocols as St. Paul’s, I will let you know when the Preview is sent out this Friday morning.
I can tell you this: this past Sunday, because of the threat of inclement weather, the decision was made to move the St. Paul’s worship service inside. It was also Graduating Seniors Recognition Sunday. The experience of being back in that sacred space was met with gratitude, joy and relief by everyone. I am confident that people who attend Ordinary Life will have the same kind of response the first Sunday in June. Stay tuned.
This past week we had Brandon Mack, one of the organizers of Black Lives Matter, Houston, to speak to us. Thanks to Wayne Herbert who arranged for this and who dialogued with Brandon after his presentation. There is no text for his talk but you can see the slide presentation and download or listen to the audio of the talk using the links below.
Be aware that we have instituted a weekly podcast. It is called “In Between.” You can access this through the Ordinary Life website.

If you are reading this, I want you to know how grateful I am for and to you.
Be well and much love,
Bill Kerley
