Dear Ones -

We called what we offered in Ordinary Life this week -

Faith Over Fear and Abundant Life Over Religion

This was our reflection on the story about the man who was lame for thirty-eight years. Many in our time are "lame" in the sense that this has been a time of languishing. The goal of spiritual work is to flourish. Our work is to bring enlarged lives and living into the world. Yet, new life and wholeness threaten religious rules of the past. So, where do we need to step into our lives? What fears do we. need to confront? More, what will be the price for not "standing up"? Light is extinguished by darkness in a world where the Sacred has been reduced to rules.

That’s a brief summary of the time in Ordinary Life this week.
