Jim Is one of those people who comes into your life and leaves a mark. By his gentleness he leads, but by his powerful commitment to inclusion he makes space for all. For 19 years Jim served as St. Paul’s Senior Pastor, and during this uncertain time we called upon his prophetic voice for guidance and hope. Even in retirement he still teaches young adults, and has been, for both Bill and Holly, a guidepost of wisdom. Among other things, he also enjoys fishing, being with his grandkids, and reading. Ordinary Life exists in no small part because of Jim’s persistence that Bill keep challenging our hearts and minds. Any of us who feel at home there owe a debt of gratitude to Jim.
