Summary of Ordinary Life for September 26, 2021

Dear Ones -

This week in Ordinary Life we offered our reflections on what it means to be/come a disciple. Jesus asked, “What do you want?” and the response made was, “Where do you live?” Jesus says to those who seek to follow, “I will show you what to want.” The difference between wanting and seeking is the difference between being led by the ego and demonstrating a genuine spiritual hunger. In order to move into a new or higher level of insight, we must be ready to receive it. There is no grow sth if we are satisfied with the status quo either in and with ourselves or in the world. The title we used for the time was -

Is What You Want What You Need?
